2025 Leadership Retreat
I have some exciting news to share! We just ended our 3rd Annual Leadership Retreat in McKinney, Texas. We brought in over 20 of our best and brightest from across the nation to celebrate our 2024 success, share best practices, network and strategize on how we are going to continue to disrupt the pediatric homecare industry in 2025 and beyond! The teams represented were from the Operations, Clinical and Business Development areas of the Company. We had several guest speakers and numerous interactive activities happening within a short two-day period. Appreciate all of the hard work put in by many to plan and organize such an outstanding event.
The teams worked extremely hard while here in McKinney and all came away with some action items that will be implemented quickly to be sure we continue to stay a few steps ahead of the competition and are able to accomplish our 2025 goal of serving many more client families across all our operating states! We are focused on exceeding expectations every day on both the clinical and customer service fronts for both our client families and field clinicians! We spent a lot of time discussing our 2025 “ALL IN” theme, what it meant to each leader, and how they were going to ensure it resonates with every team member assisting them today.
The biggest takeaways besides “ALL IN” are as follows:
