Dear Angels of Care Family,
As we step into 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve shared and to reaffirm our commitment to the values that make us who we are. This year marks an extraordinary milestone—25 years of serving our pediatric home health community. Over these years, we have built relationships, provided care, and, most importantly, been a steadfast presence for the families we serve. The trust you’ve placed in us is something we hold dear, and it’s because of this trust that we continue to evolve and strive for excellence in all that we do. Our 2025 theme, “All In,” captures our mindset as we move forward. It’s a commitment to being fully dedicated, in every sense of the word, to the families who depend on us and the team members who make our mission a reality. We’re All In for the children, families, and communities we serve. We’re All In for our employees, ensuring they have the support and resources to thrive. And we’re All In for the future, working together to make every day better than the last.
As we celebrate 25 years of service, we are filled with gratitude for all who have been a part of our journey. To our families, thank you for allowing us the privilege of caring for your children. To our employees, thank you for your unwavering dedication to our mission. Together, we are creating a brighter future for the children we serve and the families who trust us.
