February 2025 Employees of the Month
Congratulations to our February Employees of the Month, Roberto A. of AZ and Jennifer M., LPN of PA! Roberto and Jennifer were chosen for showcasing the HALOS values during February.

“On 10/4/24 we received a call from CYS that they had emergency placement at their office which needed our help for a 4-year-old boy. Jennifer jumped right in and began helping with as many hours as she could. When we first met him, he was a 95 lb. boy. He didn’t really know what food and toys were. He was still receiving formula, wearing a diaper, refused clothes and was nonverbal. He was forced by his parents to spend most hours in front of his table which caused him to not have the knowledge of how to interact with others. He was aggressive and self-injurious. Jennifer began working with him, teaching him age-appropriate tasks, even once he was placed in foster care. He is now potty-trained, can drink from a cup, and communicating with ASL.”
