HALOS Moment | Dallas Team Members Receive Praise from Client Parent

Allison Z., Client Care Coordinator and Benji B., Manager of Client Care, received an email from the mother of a Dallas client. They worked long hours to ensure that their client received the coverage needed for Mom to have a break during the holidays. “…I just wanted to take a minute to recognize Allison and Benji for helping us get coverage for Saturday night. They didn’t have to stay on the case as long as they did and I wanted to give my appreciation to them!

By having a night nurse there on Saturday night, it allowed me to drive to visit my family on Saturday for a much needed break and to rest before my child and his dad meet us here on Tuesday, when we won’t have nurses to help. This one email can’t express how much this helped me and allows us to start off a hard week without being so tired and stressed. I also truly appreciate their efforts – and Ashleigh’s- to get us a night nurse for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights.

I hope you all stay with AOC despite it sometimes seeming like a thankless job. We depend on you all and are grateful you’re there.”
