At Angels of Care, our clients are the HEART of everything we do. Every decision we make and every tool we introduce is designed with each family’s comfort, care, and convenience in mind. That’s why we’re excited to share more about a powerful resource coming soon to you: the AOC Mobile App.
This easy-to-use mobile app was created to simplify communication between our client families and our office staff, while ensuring services stay coordinated and responsive to their needs. Whether they’re adjusting schedules, preparing for a vacation, or simply keeping up with appointments, the app puts important tools right at each family’s fingertips.
With the AOC Mobile App, you can:
• Submit permanent schedule change requests for Nursing, Therapy, and HHA services
• Report hospitalizations or planned time away
• View upcoming appointments such as meeting with clinicians and in-home assessments
• Submit HALOS Moments to recognize outstanding caregivers
• Request updates to contact or demographic information
• Reach out directly to your local AOC office
Each action taken in the app is automatically routed to our office team, creating a task on our internal To-Do List so we can respond quickly and keep your care plan moving smoothly.

Once the initial testing is completed, we will be providing ongoing support and training to help families get the most out of the app, including:
