Over the years, I’ve been with several different nursing agencies. I came to accept & expect that they were all pretty much the same & that the services we received were just the industry standard. Recently, I began researching my options again, hoping I could do better for both my children & my amazing nurses, who are like family to me. Enter Angels of Care. From the first conversation, everything was different. They were respectful, courteous, responsive & professional. When they came out to my home, I was impressed with their kindness & competence and moved by their compassion & genuine concern for my children, family, & nurses. The transition from the other agency to AOC was seamless & they’re a joy to work with! Communication is excellent, my children are a priority & my nurses are enjoying the treatment & benefits they so deserve. I now know that all pediatric home health companies are *not* the same … and if the industry standard was defined by Angels of Care, every child, parent & nurse would be in better hands!
