Congratulations to our January Employees of the Month, Brock W., OTR of CO and Lorenzo G., of TX! Brock and Lorenzo were chosen for showcasing the HALOS values during the month of January.

“[The] Houston branch had a client discharge from the hospital for the first time ever at 3 years old. Lorenzo went to meet the child’s family at home and ensure everything was running smoothly when the DME sent the incorrect formula that the client was allergic to. Lorenzo worked after hours to coordinate a solution with the hospital to get an immediate solution while also working to get the DME to provide the appropriate formula. Lorenzo’s willingness to work late allowed this child and family to enjoy their first night home together.“
