February 2026 Employees of the Month
Congratulations to our February Employees of the Month, Barbara S., LVN of TX and Marianna N., of TX! Barbara and Marianna were chosen for showcasing the HALOS values during the month of February.
“Ms. Barbara has gone above and beyond truly showing her HALOS values. She has been so kind to our recruiting team. Her patient has had some complications being in and out of the hospital and she has done whatever needed to make sure the baby was able to come home. She has stayed in Houston with the family at the hospital and worked long shifts in the home to make sure the baby had care to be home. The doctors spoke to Ms. Barbara and told her what they needed for baby to come home, and she did not hesitate to step up to make sure baby could go home. She went on her day off to help a young mom prepare for her baby to come home and organize for her new medical necessities she was coming home with. The family has praised her to the hospital to say she is the reason they love our company so much. We are so appreciative for Ms. Barbara for being an amazing nurse and always showing her HALO!”
“Marianna is the heartbeat of the Client Care Coordinators at AOC San Antonio. She has taken the Lead CCC position and managed to not only motivate and organize her team, she exemplifies HALOS values through and through. Marianna not only anticipates the needs of her team, she ensures families across Region 3 are treated with heart, love, and speed. She praises her team, she believes in them, and she is willing to go above and beyond to ensure the needs of her clients, nurses, and team are well cared for. We are so proud of Marianna and her efforts should be rewarded and recognized.”
