Dear Angels of Care Family,
I want to begin this quarter by simply saying thank you. The compassion and commitment you bring to your work each day is what set Angels of Care apart. This quarter also brought exciting news: our Angels of Care family is now serving children and families in New Mexico—expanding our reach while holding fast to what makes us unique: being a nurse-owned agency built on compassion and commitment.
This year, our theme is All In. To us, being All In means showing up fully for the children, families, and teammates who depend on us each day.
It’s about bringing HEART—because our clients are at the center of everything we do. It’s about speaking up with ADVOCACY—ensuring every child and family has a voice. It’s about leading with LOVE—creating a culture where our employees feel valued and supported.
It’s about giving back through OUTREACH—because serving our communities is part of who we are. And it’s about moving with SPEED—because quality care cannot wait. These values are lived out daily in the actions of our team and form the foundation of the trust our client families place in us.
