At Angels of Care, families are at the heart of everything we do. We are proud to officially introduce the AOC Mobile App — a simple, secure way for parents and guardians to stay connected with their care team.
Designed with busy families in mind, the app makes it easier to share updates, manage important care information, and stay informed – all in one convenient place.
What You Can Do in the App
With the AOC Mobile App, families can:
- Submit permanent schedule change requests for Nursing, Therapy, and HHA services
- Report hospitalizations
- Notify us of vacations or planned time away
- View upcoming clinician visits and in-home assessments.
- Submit HALOS Moments to recognize outstanding caregivers
- Submit feature photos (with appropriate consent)
- Request updates to client demographic information
- Request a call from your local Angels of Care team
Each submission is securely delivered to your local office so your care team can respond promptly and keep services running smoothly.
Available in English and Spanish
We are especially excited to share that the AOC Mobile App is available in both English and Spanish, making it easier for more families to access and use the app comfortably.
Families can select their preferred language directly within the app, helping ensure clear communication and a better overall experience.
