“Nurse Catherine received a call from her client’s grandmother sharing that the family was going through a very difficult time. Catherine had worked with this family since February and had built a meaningful connection with them. Out of the kindness of her heart, she offered to visit the family the following day to provide comfort and help with calls and arrangements during her personal time. Catherine truly embodies our HALOS values and has made a lasting impact on this family through her compassion and dedication.“
“I want to take a moment to recognize Kathleen for her incredible contributions to the success of a program launch. From day one, she has been more than just a supporter – she’s been a true partner. Kathleen consistently went above and beyond… This project demanded significant time, focus, and teamwork from both of us, and I can honestly say it would not have been as successful without her dedication. Since our launch, our largest impact to date, we’ve had only one production incident reported by users. That result speaks volumes about the joint effort, attention to detail, and ownership that went into making this rollout such a success.
