“I’d love to nominate Haley for Employee of the Month because she has made an incredible difference in our family’s life. From the very first day we met her, Haley has been nothing short of an angel. When my daughter started school, I was a complete nervous wreck — not just because it was the first day, but because I was handing her care over to someone I didn’t know yet. The moment I talked to Haley, all of that anxiety faded. She has this calm, genuine presence that makes you feel instantly safe, and I walked away that day knowing my daughter was in the best hands possible. What really stands out about Haley is the way she loves and supports the kids she cares for outside of her scheduled time. My daughter dances, and without us ever asking, Haley drove over an hour — sometimes more with traffic — on her own personal time to watch her perform in the Nutcracker. That meant the world to my daughter. It meant the world to us, too. Haley spent three weeks with her at the beginning of the school year, and in that short time she became someone we’ll never forget — a forever angel in our lives. She continues to serve as a lead HALOS nurse with the same heart, dedication, and kindness she showed from day one. Haley doesn’t just do her job. She shows up. She cares deeply. She goes above and beyond in ways that remind you what a difference one person can make. She is everything you could hope for in a caregiver and so much more. She truly deserves this recognition.”
