Monica is a distinguished healthcare leader and Registered Nurse, recently stepping into her new role as the Director of Branch Operations for Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in San Antonio, Texas. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and over a decade of experience across various nursing specialties—most notably in leadership—Monica has dedicated her career to advancing patient care and improving healthcare access, particularly in pediatric home health.
Her commitment to excellence has been recognized through numerous accolades, including a nomination for the Top 25 Best Nurses in South Central Texas, the prestigious DAISY Award while working in a Critical Care Cardiac Unit, and the Certificate of Excellence and Achievement during her tenure at Randolph Air Force Base.
As she embraces this new chapter with Angels of Care, Monica is thrilled to support the families served by AOC, the incredible nursing team, and the ongoing operational needs of the branch.
