November 2025 Employees of the Month
Congratulations to our November Employees of the Month, Mallory S., LVN and Staci W., RN of TX! Mallory and Staci were chosen for showcasing the HALOS values during the month of November.
“Mallory began working for AOC as an attendant, and then worked in recruiting. We inspired her to go to nursing school so she could help care for our clients in the field. She had been waiting to find the perfect case until one Friday night, when she received an after-hours text blast asking her to pick up a shift with a client whose nurse quit without notice. She went to the shift and told her client’s mom about her time with AOC, how much she loved working for us, she discussed Jessica Riggs and Bonnie’s story, and told her all about our HALOS values. The mom called the very next day to say how much she loved Mallory. After Mallory worked coverage for a week in that home, Mallory agreed to accept the case permanently. We found the perfect match with Mallory & [her client]!”
