“[Fallon] not only stepped into a highly stressful situation when a client needed to be airlifted to Children’s Hospital, but she also calmly gathered all the necessary supplies for the family, accompanied the patient with EMS during transport, and remained with the family throughout the entire day to help keep them calm. She took the initiative to explain to the Children’s Hospital staff the high standards of training AOC provides before our staff enter homes, and her advocacy on behalf of our company was both thoughtful and impactful.”
