Our Pittsburgh team received a handwritten letter from one of our clients, Messiah. In her words, she shared deep gratitude for her nurse, Amber, and her Client Care Manager, Kelly, describing the comfort, trust, and joy they bring into her life. She wrote about how Amber has given her a sense of independence and peace, always showing up with care, consistency, and a heart that extends beyond just her needs to her entire family. From helping her get out into the community to knowing exactly how to lift her spirits, Amber has become someone she can fully trust. She also shared how Kelly stood by her during some of her hardest moments, bringing light into long days and offering encouragement when it was needed most.
