Congratulations to our July Employees of the Month, Hailey H., RN of TX and Gracie F. of TX! Hailey and Gracie were chosen for showcasing the HALOS values during the month of July.
“Hailey is a dedicated nurse who truly embodies our HALOS Values. Passionate about her client’s care, Hailey trains all nurses who join her client’s care team, helping them understand everything that goes into [her] care. She is always willing to adjust her schedule to train if needed, and her client’s mom feels that Hailey always goes above and beyond for them. Her client’s mom is a single mom, and she feels that Hailey has helped her navigate life and allowed her to get some much needed restful sleep at night.”
“Gracie is a Clinical Care Manager in San Antonio who takes ‘going above and beyond’ to the next level. In the last 2 months, she has: 1. Gone to an urgent Intake in Houston, waiting for several hours and working in her car because the parents had a delay. Afterwards, she went to complete the Post-Hospitalization across Texas in Laredo to ensure her clients were taken care of with #speed. 2. Recently, on her personal weekend day, she went to relieve the mother of one of her clients who has been feeling overwhelmed. Because of her help, Mom was able to go Back to School Shopping for her other children.”
